No camping? And leave your stuff there overnight without guarding it? That's not going to happen.

Re: Minor Waver and bring a guest to the Pro at Fontana?
I think we are missing the issue. I don't think a minor spectator can be in a hot area. I think you need to be a driver, passenger, or worker. Otherwise, you have to stay in the spectator areas or paddock. Impound for junior karts would be okay. My take is that no waiver is necessary. But he won't b...

Re: Minor Waver and bring a guest to the Pro at Fontana?
I don't even know what that form looks like? He's not driving. Don't we have free temps for passengers and such? The whole requirement for having a membership is new to me just for being in a hot area. We don't do that for adults.

Re: Minor Waver and bring a guest to the Pro at Fontana?
Offsite/Onsite is irrelevant. David is okay as an SCCA Official. Under 12 Waivers not needed. Can't go into grid area. 12 or over no waiver needed if not going to hot area. If you want to go into hot area like between the lanes at a pro, then both parents sign in front of David and we need them to g...

Re: Junior Kart, 2002 Renspeed
This kart can work in either JB or JA with just the quick and easy removal of the restrictor. So, that covers kidlets age 8 thru 17. Between seat changes and pedal adjustments it should work for nearly any size person. And adult can have a lot of fun in this combination. There is an adult wheel to w...

Re: 2017 Event Run Time Statistics
Remember on the December event we seemed to me to be doing really well and then the Generator problems slowed the 4th heat way way down. I had the kids down there about 45 minutes early because I hadn't anticipated the 4th taking so long compared to the first three heats. I didn't compare number of ...

600 numbers wasn't just "noobs". It was ANY non-points cardholder. You could have a visiting SCCA Driver of Eminence given a 600 number.

Re: Membership Poll...How long is too long?
If you weren't an event official, a junior, a junior parent, or interested in fun runs, then half of you were free to leave after the 3rd heat and half of you were free to leave after the 4th heat. I don't care how you do it. Just figure out a way to do it better because we haven't been executing we...

Give it a rest George.... Gesh.....
And even mentioning 3 runs in a dying region with consistently less than 125 entrants should immediately lead to some dire punishment like being forced to run your CM car covered in I'mWithHer bumper stickers.

Re: When do Juniors run on Sunday?
Understand please that I'm not being difficult because of convenience or preference. I'm trying to follow a national rulebook. We didn't have any inexperienced so it made this easy. Inexperienced karters require two course walks. It's been routinely suggested that we can speed up the process by doin...

When do Juniors run on Sunday?
Pardon me if I'm a little hostile and frustrated.... But when are Juniors supposed to run on Sunday? Are you sure? Really really sure? Glad we have a small field. I don't know when the four entered think they are running. I suspect in the afternoon. Although I've been telling people the morning. I t...

I really don't think the cashless is any big deal. In the very rare situation where a person only has cash at the event and no card, I'm sure we can find somebody willing to take cash and whip out a card. Find me. I'll take your cash and use my wife's card.
