Re: 2/1 results
OK super bowl is over... any results yet? }:) Workin' on it for the last 2 hours. While Mari audited it all, there is a lot of cleanup that has to be done plus since I just updated the software before the event a lot of settings have to be redone to get it to output correctly for our use. Re: Online Registration Directions
  I shudder thinking about what this does to the accounting. No harm, no foul. Bottom line (isn't that what accountants are really interested in?) is the correct amount is charged, right? we'll probably need to spend time on saturday lining up the payments again. I have a feeling it is th...

Re: Online Registration Directions
Hey Steve, if you are interested in trying the online payment thing it would be a good test for us to see if it's all really fixed. You should be able to select class and X-runs with correct pricing for you and Stacy and Student/Junior pricing to Robert and Tadd. If you have X-runs for Tadd, they wi...

Re: Online Registration Directions
Problem is now fixed. First entry is $30, 2nd and 3rd entries are $25. The workaround is not available as the pricing drop down is now only $30 and $15 for Juniors/Students. By the way, if a junior/student signs up for X-runs it will be at $10. That's because the multi-entry pricing is actually a $5...

Re: Online Registration Directions
I don't think there was any actual incorrect payments. Seemed like people were not completing the payment if the total was incorrect. Adding and deleting registrations and even adding and deleting from your cart should do nothing until you actually submit a payment. But you're probably right we sho...

Re: Online Registration Directions
But playing around, I found this worked: Delete all registrations. Register the X-run car, pick X-runs in the drop down and the price should change to $25 (if it's already on $25 in the drop down, change it to something else and then change back). Register the regular car and it should show up as $...

Re: Novice class letters
What if we were to accept a simple "N" (in 2" blue tape?) to signify "NOVICE"? Most novice folks probably won't be showing up with production made mag letters, but they seem to love blue tape. I'd really prefer the NOV paper ones that are available. Now I have no objection ...

Um... Yeah... The X run discount behavior is broken. I can't seem to get it to work properly. Despite numerous tries. I did pass through a state where it was wanted to charge me 25 for my comp runs and 30 for my xruns, but that didn't seem right. Also, I can't figure out what the "Entry Fees:&...

Found a small issue with online registration and two driver cars. It wont let you register a two driver car numbers, so I had to give us both 6XX numbers. :unimpressed: Not sure what you mean Jason, we've got plenty of 2 driver cars registered.. But do those two driver cars have points cards and nu...

Cool, entries are up to 189, including 15 X-Runs. Highest pre-reg in a long time. CASOC might actually make money on the Champ!!

Another thing I noticed that you might want to watch out for when you load the file Rick. These are the poeple who filled in their 600 numbers already. I know its not a huge problem as long as registration doesn't try to give those numbers to someone else. STS 686 Michael Eguina STU 669 dina arnhei...

Yes. And will it accept the $15 Extended Pricing if you are logged in as Robert (not doing it linked)?Steve Ekstrand wrote:Robert's membership includes a validated SCCA, points card, and age entered. Not sure if that was the stuff you meant with ORM checking membership.

Re: Online Registration Directions
No it showed up at $210. $30 for all. Despite 3 being X runs and Tadd and Robert being students for their first runs. I was registering everybody as linked drivers. I have both Tadd and Robert to enter as students. Hmmm, OK. The $25 for X-runs seemed to be working. It's supposed to charge $30 for a...

Re: How to make your own class and number magnets!
We can't really enforce the letter of the SCCA rules... We can demand that stuff be readable. Yeah, I know, and I agree. Technically the paper numbers we hand out aren't to the letter of SCCA rules if I recall, but they are readable. The SCCA rules just give us the authority to be mean to people :t...
