Problem is now fixed. First entry is $30, 2nd and 3rd entries are $25. The workaround is not available as the pricing drop down is now only $30 and $15 for Juniors/Students. Register the X-run car, pick X-runs in the drop down and the price should change to $25 (if it's already on $25 in the drop down, change it to something else and then change back).
