Re: New guys

Since you are running TO, you have a choice of groups to run (there are limitations on the number of TO per group) and you and your co-driver can run the same group or different groups. If you run the same group, be sure to get in the two driver lanes in grid.

Re: New guys

So I finally got the car ready. A friend and I are looking to come Sunday to do TO. Are we able to do both morning and afternoon? And Besides showing up, registering, going through tech, and walking the course, what else should I be prepared for? helmets? I might try to come out Saturday to watch, ...

Don't know much about Eclipse, but G Street (GS) is FWD, D Street (DS) if AWD.

Re: Post Car Classing Help Questions Here!

Just signed up. I run a 2014 Fiesta ST. Mods are as follows:- bigger intercooler, lowering springs, but with no internal or external engine modifications. I take it that I would be in SP? Yes, OK for CSP. You could also run in our local catch all classes, depending on tires: Calif Street Mod (CSM) ...

Re: Fun Course last Sunday

I totally agree Brian. I really enjoyed the course both days, and even the start on Sunday wasn't as tough as I thought it would be, especially in a big car I had never driven before (Thanks Kathy & Brian Strovers!). Well done, Mark.

Re: Pics/Vids from 4/22 & 4/23 Event

Eddie, You were short cutting in the 3rd section. As you were coming up the hill (from the drain tubes), the 1st right, you needed to turn more right to get to the next cone (to turn left up the hill). There were 2 walls there. You drove straight to the 2nd wall, and not the 1st. Watch some of the ...

Re: Pics/Vids from 4/22 & 4/23 Event

My concern is not about my results, as I know they suck, but the fact that (possible) incorrect DNF's were reported for other drivers that may affect their standings in the overall yearly positions. If you want to see my other videos, I can either put them on my personal web server, or YouTube. I t...

OK, now the results are posted, I see that 3 of my (counting) 4 runs were posted as DNF's. Can someone help out this other schmuck who doesn't seem to be able to point his vehicle in the right direction. OK, I know some of the lines I take are questionable, but having watched, re-watched, a...

Re: The May Events Are Now Open for Registration

I have a friend coming Sunday from a different region and wanted to know if he needs to pay for a temporary number at registration. He isn't competing in our region so I would assume he doesn't need to pay for a temporary number correct? I believe the current thing is if he gets a 6xx number he is ...

Re: The April Results

I'm sure many are wondering about results. There were some major issues with the timing computer during the event which is requiring a line by line audit of what's in the computer. Been very busy at work so not having much time to do this. We have back up logs which appear to be good and the time sl...

Re: Anyone find an air gauge at the El Toro event?

There are several in the motorhome, check next event.

Also a nice collection of spray bottles, don't understand how people can not notice something that big. Always a good idea to put your name on anything you bring to grid.

April Event Run Order Update

Due to the very low turnout and very unbalanced groups, run order had to be revised into 4 groups, mainly affecting the previous Group 6 which has been moved to Group 1. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Re: Crows Landing Champ Tour AirBnB

A bit more than $24 per night. It's plus $100 cleaning fee, plus $95 service fee, plus $15 per person over 4. Two nights would be $765 with 10 people = $38.25 per night per person. But still better than a hotel.

Preliminary Run/Work Order. Due to the expected low turnout because of the Crows ProSolo, the groups will be combined to 2 morning and 2 afternoon. This will be done after online registration closes Friday night. Unless there is an exceptional circumstance, classes will not be moved across the lunc...
