Personal opinion here - given how hard it was for us to get dates for our local events, I feel that it would be VERY difficult to find an open date at ACS to reschedule the Pro.
Super easy if they let us use the exotics lot...

Re: 2020 Helmet Certification

When the 2020 standard is releases the 2005 helmets will expire. Snell has been releasing new standards late in the year so it’s like you won’t NEED a new helmet for many many months. But 2020 COULD be released 1-1-2020. Going to Snell might give you more concrete answers.

Re: Video and data review for the November event.

So. It turns out that setting up didnt get much, within a tenth either way. What I made up for in speed, I sacrificed in adding 14 feet. The "Chris Teague" rule! He always says if you aren't sure what to do, drive the short line. Easy to remember when it rhymes. When in doubt, take the short route.

Is storing a car and trailer onsite an option?
That’s always been an option in the past.

Jim’s detail shop. I’d guess the deal is get the car detailed and they’ll store it until you get back.

Think about a Ariel Atom, Lotus 7/Elan with wings, tunnels and power. If someone wanted to build a car for a local class they could do just fine on the index.

Re: June 16 TNiA

Thanks Reed, typicality SL runs all day. :(

But along those lines, if someone was comfortable helping with Starting Line I could pull and experienced person over to TNiA.

Re: TNiA

Does the region want to send out a hospitality crew?

Many of the participants have never driven in any form of Motorsport and are ripe to become autocrossers.

Don't want to leave Eric in a bind though.  National staff was fighting over me at the convention over Starting Line vs TNiA. I totally want your help with TNiA, especially since you’ve d...

Factory hardtops look like a hardtop to me but early Miatas and Spyders still need roll bars :( Driver coach, for intermediate & advance group just does a quick in grid driver meeting, getting everyone up to speed on how we get along on the track. Then hangs in pit lane to talk to drivers who find b...
