I'd posit no where near that much thought went into their window positioning.

Re: How to renew SCCA Membership online?

Chris - please try again. I didn’t notice previously, but the second image he posted highlights the problem. In that image you can see he’s logged in as “Chris M.”. That account was created in March of 2016 through the GROW website. Then in April of 2016 he joined the SCCA as a member, but with diff...

Re: How to renew SCCA Membership online?

I'll ping the national office again. I spoke with him earlier tonight and at the time it seemed the issue was a hiccup in the data transfer between one of the two databases in play. (Something we are working on fixing right now - one of the major initiatives.)

Re: The March Events Are Now Open For Registration

What happens if you register and pay online and then, for some unforeseen reason, cannot attend the event? Does the registration fee get forfeited? This was not an issue before since I could register online but pay $30 at the site. Now there is a significant price difference ($30 if you register an...

Re: The March Events Are Now Open For Registration

My mistake. The explanation of the price increase for Sunday's Autocross was clear and concise. So the people who do not access our Forum, their first knowledge of the price increase will be when they arrive on Sunday? Was this voted on by the Board? Nic Yes, the price increase was voted on by the ...

Please read the fliers carefully as there have been changes, primarily regarding pricing. Prices have gone up. In addition, for Autocross Sunday events, take advantage of the Early Registration Discount. Register anytime between now and Saturday, midnight, one week prior to the event and save $10. ...

Re: The March Events Are Now Open For Registration

I just noticed that, after so many years, the registration fees and rules changed starting from this March event. Unless I am missing something, it is now $30 if you register and pay online at least a week earlier, $40 if you pay online within a week from the event and $45 if you pay at the event. ...

I stay on a dead end street just west of the speedway. Not sure a large rv with trailer could make the turn around. However, overnight on site camping will be available for the Pro.

Re: New SCCA member and AutoX novice, need advice

Helmet: I've got a Snell rated M2010 helmet. It's a motorcycle helmet. From what I read in the rules this helmet should be ok for SCCA autocross as well. Am I correct? Should I even bother trying AutoX with 320 treadwear tires, or should I get some better ones first? Everyone in here seems to be ru...
