I keep getting DMV notices about toll road violations with it. He apparently hasn't registered it yet and I don't have his contact information anymore. I sent my copy of the release of liability to the DMV, but apparently they never received it or didn't record it or something...

Going to sound like a dumbass, here.... sorry for that.

I don't think the workers at 2 could have seen the cone get hit. The car was in the way and the cone wasn't down afterwards. Speaking of not paying attention.
