Re: Who has attended Speed Ventures autocross events?

Now how'd I miss this before. I've done a *few* SpeedVentures autoxes :) What are you actually trying to find out? Most people go because they're no work and high run count. We've built a repore with several drivers who come out of loyalty, then there's several mini marquee groups that come once or ...

Re: SCNAX CUP 2015!!!

Is the MSR entry list disabled? Google docs is firewalled from my work, so I'll try to remember to fill out later. Without consulting the team, I'm going to declare us "Rising Sun", seems intimidating. I'd like to go with the number sequence 50/150/250. Craig has the STS miata, I'm running...

Re: SCNAX CUP 2015!

If there is still the provision for it in local supps, we can class your car that way if you desire. We can kinda do whatever the hell we want. You're losing me a little in the explaination, but what I was looking at is my driver pax based on results from a properly configured car (the WRX in DS), ...

Does SCNAX cup still use the "Street tire for race tire class" modifier?

Re: Free WiFi!

So how do you connect it to the Solo network? I'm still kind of struggling with my Axware set up. In the past, with one Axware computer, I simply tethered my iphone via USB. Worked great as the hard wire was reliable and kept my phone charged. But reception in Glen Helen was sketchy. Now I've upgrad...

Yeah, Ken and I are leaning away from actually do this, but our "Second" car is an ill prepared PAX dog.

I haven't driven a SCNAX cup in like 10 years. I'm kind of excited and hope my schedule holds up.

Re: SCNAX CUP 2015!

So... want to start a "Need a Team/Have a Team" thread, or just run it here?

BTW, can I get a dumbbed down explaination of this: "For 2 car teams, best time in each car, but car w/2 times must be from different drivers", ya lost me,

A year and a half ago I interviewed with AC Propulsion, an industry leading electric vehicle component company. I was really impressed with the small facility that covered everything from drawing board concepts through prototyping, low production and validation. AC propulstion provided the original ...

...Yes, you can run time only and have a passenger. You can also run competition runs with a passenger if that passenger is considered to be a novice... Below is a post that KJ made in a thread on the topic earlier this year: ... Hey Seb, Can you check notes on this. There was a change to this sect...

Re: Practice Run Group Poll

Some organizations have no work. Let's take a poll on hiring workers and pay an X amount to cover it. It's not as easy as I make it look ;) Seriously though, I always have trouble finding quality workers to cover a small course. SCCA courses and drivers tendency to hit a lot more cones means you'd ...

I jut recycled my all aluminum head,...it's 110 lbs. On the other hand... according to their scale... my Fit w/ me in it and 1/2 tank of gas ways only 2720 lbs. Remove me, and it's only ~450 lbs heaver than my STS Miata at the Pro, that was kinda a shock. I thought for sure there is a bigger differ...

Again I'd like to thank Racing Lifestyle for being our title sponsor this weekend. Along with some fund contribution they did an excellent job of g...

Attention AutoXers. We’ve had a couple changes. First and foremost, due to the on going wild fire, the Big Bear Airport is being used to stage fire fighting activities and has become unavailable to us. But! We have acquired the nearby venue of Snow Valley Mountain Resort parking lot. The Snow Valley...

Most the drops I've had have been of people on the waitlist. So despite not much movement into the event, most of you guys are still moving up the priority.

So noones been pulled off the wait list yet, but a couple have dropped off the wait list. I'd say the top has a 95% chan...
