Neat history of our region...

Found something I thought was unusual; a car with it's complete competition history, this one's particular case, starting in 1965. Looks like it used to belong to Dick Guldstand, and ran in our region from 65' to 87'. Things like this stand out to me: "4th 3/9/69 Casoc It To Ya Riverside Racewa...

Re: Shocks for NB Miata

I guess I'll add another question on top of this question. Are koni yellows legal in ES? I've read about the adjustable spring perch possibly making them illegal in ES and I just wanted to see if that was true or not. As long as you leave them on the highest perch you should be fine. Koni Sports ar...

Re: Please help class my car

I am not entirely new to autocross, getting back into it with a friend. However, I previously competed on the east coast with BMW CCA, and with a different car. What class will I be in with a lightly modded 1989 BMW 325i manual? modifications: coilovers with camber plates, 16" x 8" wheels...

Re: SCNAX CUP 2014: THE RESULTS!

I know SCNAX II (two) exceeded ten teams, going out on a limb here... but this may be the most SCNAX teams ever! I thought I remembered 10 teams at SCNAX II, but I happen to have the scoring file and it shows 9 (maybe we lost one along the way). BTW, this was 2003. I seem to have a smattering of re...

How will the team pax apply? Will our runs be paxed by our individual runs, then our combined times paxed by team pax? I'm confused :?

Re: FC RX-7 classification

I see your point. Here's the thing: per the SEB, VIN numbers are NOT protestable, so as long as the car you present complies with exactly what you put on your entry form, you're good to go. If the body shells are exactly the same, you could create one car from the other, as long as you swap EVERYTH...

Re: FC RX-7 classification

Simple classing question: in my rule book, it appears that the FC RX-7 Turbo is BSP, while the non turbo version is considered CSP. Does that mean the SEB considers the two cars to be on two different lines, and as such, update/backdate rules between the cars wouldn't work? Correct. just like my ma...

Re: Tolerating wheelspin

I don't know about the other guys, but when I start roasting my front left tire on course, I let off a bit so I can actually turn then get back on the gas. I tried left foot braking to control wheel spin, but Hyundai decided that that's bad and it shuts power down when brake+throttle are used togeth...

Street
#12802 Camaro Classing Proposal
Per the SAC, the following new listing, effective immediately upon publication, is added for the new Camaro 1LE in A
Street.
Chevrolet
Camaro Z28 (2014)

That's the only place I could find any info on classing that car.
