Re: Thanks for the Divisional - What Fun!

I think the 3 regions should be proud of the effort and the events that were put on in the CA Divisional Series. Let's focus on all the positive things that happened and improve on it for next year. Thank the sponsors for the support they provided. And thanks to all the participants who supported th...

Re: Cal Club Timing

[quote="Jayson Woodruff"]Some observations, #2 Larry was very hesitant about using the updated version at the SD Div. Most regions are now 'waiting' to update their software due to some of the buggy ness that's happend in the past. I still think it was a wise decision not to update the war...

Re: Divisional Series

It was made even more sweeter by the fact that this was OUR event, not something the national office put together. Huh????? Did you forget that SCCA/TireRack paid the sanction, part of the insurance and now we are part of the TireRack Championship Cup? Between SFR and CSCC, SCCA Tiretrack put over ...

Re: El Toro CSCC Divisional FAQ (July 18-20)

run schedule today? Easy thing to ask - much harder to do in real life. It took us (well Leslie mostly) over 4 hours to balance the run/work groups and factor in all the chiefs etc and do the work assignments for the SD divisional. Then there was the countless hours by Larry trying to get the regis...

Re: SD Divisional Run/Work Groups

Anyone know the scoop on the Fri test n tune? Do you have to be there at 9:00am or can you arrive mid-day? I would love to get a few runs in before Sat, as I've never driven in SD before, but I don't see a way to get there from Pasadena by 9:00. Steve The event runs from 9 - 3:30. You can get there...

Re: Sign up now for San Diego Divisional

i'm thinking people can still get in with enough begging/massaging if they show up on friday/call e.mail right now. I changed the cutoff date to Thursday at 4:00 pm to catch any last minute people. There is no late charge since registration closes then. No late registration or day of event registra...

Wise advice from Steve.

You can stay overnight. People will do it.
The trolley runs until late so there is access to the lots.
Best not to discuss it with the security guard.

Re: San Diego Divisional information

SDAD (San Diego club) is doing a test n tune Friday from 9:00 - 3:30. Cost is 3 runs for $5. Robbie Robinson is in charge so direct questions to him. You will have to tech for the test n tune since tech for the divisional is not open till 5:00 pm. Also the test n tune is open to all SCCA members - y...

Re: San Diego Divisional information

Hey Mark! I'd like to do a short family day at the Zoo on Friday. How early can I drop the trailer off in the paddock on Friday. Also any idea where I can park/"camp" Thursday night if we go down Thursday and do SeaWorld. Sorry been out of town on vacation. We will be setting up early Fri...

San Diego Divisional information

San Diego is not doing local points events so the numbering system will be different. We will be using 1-99, 101-199 (2nd driver only) for each class. San Diego is running SK1 & SK2 as well as SU (which will be the same as CSM for the divisional). The rest of the classes for the San Diego divisi...
