Ummm.... yes! In my defense, the single exit muffler delete is just fine, but for some reason, adding the second pipe adds a whole bunch more noise and resonance. So a 40 year old car wins CM at nationals, a class with zero margin for increasing it's performance through new technology or rules changes, and it gets a big pax hit, but EM's index functionally goes down.
