Re: Anyone day dreaming at the office?

Shaun,

Please remember that Lake Arrowhead has numerous road/photo opp combination's.

As a 20 plus year resident, I know where they are. The fall colors are coming, the leaves are slippery.

Choosing to work with the rhythm of the car; this is the slow way. If you ever get to drive a know car, prepared to to the letter of the class ...

Looking for a Co-Driver slot at the El Toro event.

Seeking a Co-driver, tire-warmer slot. I have time in front, rear and all wheel drive. The weather reports for the weekend are not predicting snow, but I do have 20 plus years of experience driving in the stuff. I will be bringing my 32' motor home stocked with food and drink, yes all offending beve...

George,

Your address is still showing up when you print, from the registration site, the mail in paperwork. My paperwork should show up in your mail today. I sent it before the "send to" was listed in the thread.

Re: Someone talk me out of this

Max, They are useless in the snow. During the winter we see them on the weekends, but very rarely during the week. The locals I know would not touch one. The center of gravity, the wide tires and ice make them prone to trouble. A Honda Element will swallow at least 8 tires. David Barrish Lake Arrowh...

Re: I hate rain

It's time to come up on the moutain and learn to work with the weather. This morning a dusting, less than 3 inches of snow, that melted over night and froze. But this is the crunchy stuff, brittle could be a better discription. By tonight it will all be gone leaving just a wet road that sprays your ...

Spring rate help, where do I start?

My new car is getting close, but I could use some help. The new car is a 1975 2002, apx 2300 lb, rear wheel drive with 110 hp at the rear wheels. I wish it was more but why lie to myself. I am moving on to coil-overs in the front with Bilstein Sport inserts, the rears will be 5" coils with Bils...

It looks like the "Z"'s have a place to play: BSP to DSP. The Historic group could see an influx of out of date IT cars. It's going to be a fun year!

Re: Home alarm systems? You know anything?

Bob, Before I got my start in the securities industry I spent four years in the security industry. I worked in both the home and industrial markets selling property/premises alarms and fire alarm systems. By the way this was a great industry to ride out the resession of 1990-1992. If people are not ...

Mako,

I understand. If you have any older one's? The "new" car is going to have the room for bigger tires and I,m on the hunt for 225/50/15's.

Thanks.
