Schools went very well despite the crazy heat.
Everyone involved deserves a round of applause, students and instructors and SSS alike. Thanks to the behind the scenes folks in the region as well for supporting Evo.

Hawaii drivers looking for co-drives for Solo Nationals.
Hey folks,
There are a group of Hawaiian drivers looking for co-drive opportunities for the Solo Nationals again this year.
Anybody have an open seat for one of these terrific people?

Re: FS: 18" RS3V2 and BRIDGESTONE RE71R
I get that the 17's are probably the way to go, but considering how often I might actually autocross this car, for me it's not worth buying the extra wheels.
A set of good tires though, that's a different story.

Someone who's been paying attention can verify this, but aren't those Bridgestones the ones I'd want for my Focus ST?
If so, I'm interested.

Need to find San Diego Tour ride for Mike & Jennifer Parker
Hey guys, Mike and Jennifer Parker, the amazing people that run the Solo program in Hawaii, are planning a trip to attend the San Diego Tour. Unfortunately, their beautiful FP 240Z won't fit in the overhead bin. So I'm posting here to see if anyone has a seat available for these two. They are both g...

Re: Oil Pan Baffling Needed?
Generally speaking, it's more of a problem for road racers who are running on a track with long sweepers and sticky race tires. If you are running street tires, it's probably a non issue in autocross. If you start running hoosiers or slicks, it might be worth the investment. All that being said, I d...

Re: 2015 Classes
Someone made an oops with those CAM classes... if you a '73-'77 non two seater, your excluded. No worries......there were no muscle cars during those years. Hmmm. http://www.solomatters.com/rolling_awesome_the_ver_mulm_camaro Ron's car just needs an interior and some 200w tires. And a few hundred p...

Re: Thanks Bill!
And thanks to Leonard, I had a good time helping instruct that huge crop of novices we had today. What's a used Cayman S cost? :-) And thank YOU for helping out! I would have had a heart attack without you! Yeah, that was nuts. We must have had 20 cars ask for Instructor runs in the 2nd group.
