What is the procedure to addressing an issue to the national board? Specifically, in my case, control arm bushing material. Actually, the 275's won't fit into the trunk, so it's a moot point.

I really know zip about laptops so I don't know what sorts of goodies $150-$200 might buy, but I think I'm in that dollar area. Certainly less would be better. ;)
