Re: SCNAX Cup Team Sign Ups

To help things along, perhaps people who have incomplete teams or looking for a team to join should just post here (instead of the main scnax cup thread where it gets lost w/ all the other posts regarding the scnax cup). Then you can pm other ppl & update your post as things change. GOOD LUCK E...

Remembering 9/11/2001-Where were you?

I had planned to take the day off and go to Pyramid Lake with friends.
We were gathering together to take off for the lake when the news hit.

Nothing we could do but continue as planned.
Thoughts of helplessness and what would haapen next. :?:

Re: FS: 2007 Italkart Andiamo with Parilla Leopard motor (TAG)

Is this a shifter kart? Mike it's a TaG ( T ouch a nd G o), thus no shifting. But TaG's are eligible since it's a 125cc motor and can run legally in F125. But not competitive for autocross. Plus the water pump is external so if it's not moving it's not pumping water so it can overheat in grid. But ...

I don't see the problem. the interface with paypal doesn't include the behind the scenes details to let me know what is happening - only a net number comes through. it would be extremely difficult to recreate the transactions without knowing who is doing what. I selected solo bucks under "my g...

The fastest way to catch up to Ken's level would be to give in and put those gumball 225/45/15 Toyo's on your car. It's what Toyo wants you to do ;)[/quote]

Re: Spec Class

I'm no expert on this but I noticed that some kart classes use motors that are tamper sealed from certified shops to keep people from modifying their engine. Those would be TaG (Touch and Go) motors (i.e. Rotax, Leopard, PRD). There are race series like the Mazda Rotax Max Challenge. Like I said, I...

or F125... Long way from a spec class. Multiple engine types allowed and within that almost anything you want from $1500 stock motors to $5000+ built motors. Basic requirement is you have to be prepared to "some" national organization's 125 shifter rule set. I chose a stock motor because ...

Re: Guns don't kill people, stupid adults kill people

I used to ride a dirt bike in the 90's. Some of these little guys on 80cc bikes would wipe the track up with the bigger/older 125 and 250cc riders like me. These little guys would fly over the doubles and tripples like pros!! (50 to 60 feet jumps) Very dangerous, especially when your just starting o...
