Do Shifter Karts ever run In San Diego?

We may be using National procedure or rules, but they are 100 not the 93 we are using. Just want that to be clear in case people are assuming what was good at the Fontana Pro will be good at Santa Anita.

Aftermarket short ram and CAI intakes can blow sound too as we found on the little STS Civic.
Technically no factory car (assuming no exhaust cutout used) should blow sound ever as delivered from the factory.
