Shim the swaybar bracket if it's too tight. What you're looking at is too much stiction, so that's a good way to reduce it. It could also be that the bar is too big.

Solostorm with a 10hz gps puck will give you most of the data you need to see where you are going fast or slow on a given course. It will derive vehicle speed from gps.

So I have a '96 Miata which would clearly fall into an SM class but I'm not sure if my modifications would change that. The only major upgrades are in suspension, standalone ECU, and a nitrous shot.
