Re: How to tell which group is running?
We could incorporate it in the drivers meeting to tune to 90.9 to stay up to date on the event. I think most don't know (especially newbies) that we broadcast via FM Radio. National has a dry erase board on the trailer where they write which FM frequency they are using.

Re: How to tell which group is running?
Hey guys and gals lets see all your ideas about how to tell from far away which group is running? What would be your objective? Under the current format with only four groups, if you're not running and not working, it's pretty easy to assume what group is. Who's the customer for this information? S...

Re: How to tell which group is running?
We can do a color flag system like PCA. If we can make the flier reflect the color group as well that would work well in remembering what color is what. Of course also a corresponding number on the flag too. This would work with either format we decide to run including practices. 1=green 2=red 3=blu...

Re: 2018 Event Statistics
I would think we have another advantage with this format. Often one or two 2-driver cars manage to arrive late, or need extra tire cooling or whatever, and have the course all to themselves at the end. Any reason we can't feed initial cars from the next group in at the same time we're finishing up ...

Re: Membership Poll...How long is too long?
not exactly. This mimics the Milwaukee region and Dixie region, difference being some regions combine times for results or pick one fastest run (out of 5-8 depending on turn out). I like Marshall's idea as it separates the occasional autoxer and the uber competitve pax a-holes LOL by defining practi...

Re: Membership Poll...How long is too long?
the goal really isn't to pack up at noon or 1 pm. the goal is to stop running hugely inefficient events so that we can get more runs. I'd like to see us move in the direction of having a morning session and an afternoon session where everyone has the option to drive in both. it would probably requi...

Hello Danny,
Joe handed it to me and I placed it in the motorhome. The name on the back was very faint and hard to read but i assume it is yours.
