Re: I had fun, but.....

Ah, that was you! I was working that corner. You actually DNF'd every run, and did the same thing every time. Whoever was working the radio in station 2 must not have noticed. I thought I drove it the same way every time. I couldn't understand how 2 were DNF's and two weren't. Put me to the bottom ...

Re: I had fun, but.....

Bummer about the DNFs. I want to thank you for your excellent work as corner captain/course radio. I saw you giving complete instructions and making sure your workers were in safe positions. I especially liked "work the course as hard as you would want it worked for you". Thanks...

Re: I had fun, but.....

Sorry to break it to you, but you DNF'd at the 1:05 minute mark. You were suppose to go a little farther to the right and ended up missing 2 cones. Today had a big course and a lot of people had issues with DNF's as a result of it. if you say so I still can't see it, my shaky camera mount doesn't h...

I had fun, but.....

It was so nice to come up to CalClub again. I really had a great time on fun course. But I was given a DNF my 1st and 4th runs. I was dirty on my 1st run so that didn't bother me, but the 4th was clean. I'll admit I had problems finding the course so I didn't say anything. I couldn't wait to get hom...

Re: 1993 Miata Spring Rates

I had 700/350 on my old STS Miata. I had Koni Race on the front and Koni Sports on the rear 15/16 solid front bar and stock rear bar. The ride was very good except on freeway tar strips. That was the only time it wasn't very good. Even Brian of Goodwin Racing thought it was very good ride. I think t...

Sold!

I bought this with the plan to get back on the track. But alas, life gets in the way. I've autocrossed it a few times and it's (as you know) a blast to drive. The strongest 1.6 I've owned. Can run in DSP 1990 with 130,800 miles. Butler alum. seat. Some spares, front fender, front bumper cover, Re-we...

Great car, even better deal and you can run it in DSP too. Cars eligible for the current Club Racing Spec Miata rules are permitted to compete in Street Prepared class D (DSP), with the additional allowance that they may use any size of any tire which meets the requirements of 15.3 and fits on the S...

I started autocrossing er slaloming in 1974. I don't remember the car at all.
The cars that took TTOD back then were Len Cunningham and James Gauthier in Cobras and Jim Heald in and Elan.
