Re: Course Setup - Feb 12-13

But Marshall is right that his BSP index is based on the assumption that there are straights where he can slaughter an ST Civic. Not really the same argument that Eric is making about the course style, which is however, a related factor. Making all courses like this last one would result in index a...

Why should ASP, BSP and STU be softer at a Pro Solo? Ladies class, which is based on index is now ruined even further. I sent my letter to sebscca. Re: Great Course - Kudo's to the designer

Our Safety Steward, course designer and Event Chair all went out to that spot to observe for any safety issues after hearing from me that a number of people were complaining about going airborne. They didn't see a single example of it and decided to not change the course so we wouldn't disturb team...

Re: Great Course - Kudo's to the designer

Yes. Eric did a great job! I haven't seen a layout this different in a while. I LOVE the fast back stretch and the sweeper into the finish. The course was a blast! Was it safe though? I overheard that George Lynch wouldn't finish his runs because of a spin caused by the massive bump? I know I did n...

Re: OS Giken Super Lock

Vette magazine February 2011 issue features an OS Giken LSD install in a C6 Corvette. The article is ok, and does a good job of showing the differences between the stock and Giken differential, unfortunately any performance improvement as a result of the change is obscured by a change in tires at t...

Re: Axxis Ultimates Vs Carbotech AX6 or XP8

AX6 pads are great, IMO, they are similar to the Axxis Ultimates but more aggressive on initial bite which doesn't allow much modulation. I'd be careful about the dust on the AX6 though, they will bake onto your rims. :( On another note, comparing the Stoptech Pads to the Axxis Ultimate Brake Pads ...
