Re: Ladies School

Hello! I brought my fiancee to the ladies school last year and she really enjoyed it. We are thinking of attending again. Also, she has a friend that is interested. I understand the event is Sat Nov 29. Is there a phone contact for this, that I can pass onto the friend? Carl Renee Angel is the Even...

Re: Stock Market

If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Delta Airlines one year ago, you would have $49.00 today. If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in AIG one year ago, you would have $33.00 today. If you had purchased $1,000 of shares in Lehman Brothers one year ago, you would have $0.00 today. But, if you ha...

Re: New local classes for '09

Has there been any thought given to simply applying a "PAX" or Street tire factor to cars on street tires? A couple of local clubs apply a factor of 0.98 to street-tired vehicles......maybe not quite right IMHO.....maybe .975 would be closer??? Then you can keep them in the class. Reijo T...

Re: Another DVR Question

Recently got an HDTV with my basic TW cable (no box) and after the tuner scanned, found that even though they don't show up in the TV guide, the HD channels of the local networks are there, plus a couple others (Discovery HD, two Cinemax channels and a couple of PBS in HD). Next was to get some sort...

I think the No$ rep is Tom Phillips, Renee can't be Chair and a club rep. Also, the "committee" doesn't appoint, only the Chair. Other than that, it's perfect :D Tom can't be No$ rep and Sec either but who's checking, there's only 2 more meetings this year. :D He's not really Sec, he's ju...

Of course if I wanted to be mean I could point out that you (Gio) don't qualify to be on there . But I won't. Just change your title to Co-Webmaster instead of Asst.

Appreciate what you did, but it's a little inaccurate. First, the Exec Board is: "The Executive Board includes the current Chairmen, Treasurer, Secretary, and Chairmen of the existing Sub-Committees (we have 2, Rules and Communication). It also includes the past CSCC Regional SOLO Committee Cha...

Averages

How they are applied is not all that clear in the Rules. Generally it was for conflicting National level events, like someone going to an out of area Pro or Tour that conflicted with a local Champ, despite that it's not in the rules that way. It has been used for club officers going to an SCCA conv...

Re: Championship Points Standings

Updated the software just before the last event to the latest version (which worked great) and I'll redo all the points over the weekend to see if it's working any better for that part. Even though it's mostly automatic, averages requires manual intervention. Also for PAXed classes it considers each...

He took the responsibility this time, so that doesn't wash. As for the event, Cup or no, the underlying setup is the Ladies School and a two-day practice. Leaving it as the SCNAX Cup and THEN referring to the SC in a message reinforces erroneous information.   I changed it to wha...

Nah, I already have all the events up to now in the speadsheet so what I really need is the upcoming events. Do the class results look correct?
