Re: Who was your first AutoX instructor?
Marilyn Carroll in probably 1973 at a Lotus West school at Lion Country Safari (Irvine Meadows). Don't remember any quotes, but she had never driven a 240Z (usually drove a Honda). I'd been autorcrossing for a little while and thought I was OK at it. After a few laps she asks if she can drive it. Be...

Re: Cal Club Divisional in July
I made up initial Championship event flyers but there needs to be additional info added. I started a thread in the E-Board Forum to discuss. Jay, you're listed as the event chair so you can edit, too.

Re: Divisional ?
Duh...... Did I miss something ? The Cal Club divisional is not listed on the " Upcoming Events" section on our home page. and there is no mention of it being a two day championship when you go to it on the calendar section. I feel so lost !@! I thought that each day was to count as a loc...

Re: Cal Club Divisional in July
What was the decision on which numbers we should use for our own El Toro divisional event? Is it preferred that we use our CSCC numbers or pick a two-digit number like at a national event? I'm having trouble finding this on the old forum, and I know it was discussed. I believe the preference is tha...

Re: F/S: Celica GT track car
Hmmmm, Craig says we have a lot of money to spend this year. Sounds like a perfect Trophy Dash/Seniors car to me! For those that don't know, we used to have a car (Hyundai SCoupe donated by Hyundai) that the class winners from the previous event got to take 2 runs in after their class runs for year ...

Re: Site opinions
By the time I reduce my pic to that size I can't even tell what it is Rick, I was having the same problem in PS. No matter how small the pixel size the file was always 28K which is too big for an avatar. But.... if you pick "Save for Web" instead of just Save As or Save, it shrinks the si...

Re: Lone Pine Time Trials (Solo I) 5/31-6/1
At this point, I'm probably not going to be able to make it this year :( . My company is relocating and it will likely start this weekend. If anybody is going that knows how to run the computer software let me know and I can tell you what has to be done for Lone Pine. If not, they can just do it by ...

Re: Site opinions
OK, so every time I think I understand web stuff I get frustrated. What does it take to get a decent avitar? Seems like the size requirements are tiny here. By the time I reduce my pic to that size I can't even tell what it is  What is the optimum file type? I've tried JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP. 12...

Re: Site opinions
How about a link back to the main site? Kinda thought the logo at the top would do it, but that just takes you to the forum index page. Or maybe the Message Board link on the Solo2 page opens these forums in a new window instead of leaving the Solo2 page. But if you set this as a favorite, a link to...

Re: 05/25/08 Casoc Event (results are up)
We'll probably have to wait until 3 weeks from now when we get into the motorhome again, I don't think Christine or I remembered to grab anything but the results output files. At the next event remind Christine or RIck Brown and they should be able to help you out. The format of the results is a li...

Re: Post your items for the "New to the Sport FAQ"
This needs to be changed:
Q. How do I purchase a points card?
A. Go to the PURCHASE POINTS CARD link on the left.
Since there are no links to the left here, needs to be a real link in the FAQ.
