Re: Forum moving

Yeah, unfortunately, the forum backup doesn't bring the files over as well. Once I get the files, I'll load them up. Timing is uncertain as it's not under my control. Sorry.

Re: Forum moving

The files and avatars etc should come back once I can get a backup from the original server. I don't have that yet. These are stored outside of the forum and didn't come over with the forum backup.

Re: Forum moving

If you are seeing this note, you are now pointing to the new forums server. Let me know if the forum isn't behaving correctly - like if you cannot do something or access certain content. I know that there will be some missing images and files with this move that I won't have access to until the file...

Forum moving

If the stars line up, the forum will move to a new server some time this weekend. If you are unable to either log in and update, or cannot access the forum, this may be why.

Re: ST tires on a light car

RE11A's wear very well. I believe they will wear better than the R1R, but have never gone through a set of Toyos and cannot say for sure. Definitely buy the 205.

Ride from Long Beach to El Toro on 3/26

Hi everybody,

I'm in need of transportation from Long Beach to El Toro on Wednesday 3/26, any time after 12:30. I thought I'd ask and see if anybody is in the area and going that way before I look for other transportation.

Thanks.

Re: ST tires on a light car

My vote goes for the RE11A. It's better than the RE11. It's close in performance to the R1R and less heat sensitive. Good in the rain as well.

Re: Supertrapp for Civic

I believe it's the same intake I've been running in my Civic for several years. Never had a warning in SD. Only change in 2012 was switching the cat and of course what Jon suggested about the resonators being blown out.

Supertrapp for Civic

Is there a local source for a Supertrapp? Are there alternatives to the Supertrapp that are worth considering? I need to quiet my car down by about 4 dB.

If there isn't anybody local, where should I get the Supertrapp from?

Thanks.

Bum a ride this weekend?

My car won't be available in time for this weekend and I'm registered for both days. Is anybody open to sharing a car with me (one or both days)? Any class is fine and I'm happy to chip in on expenses.

Is there any possibility of a separate kids course (even if it is just for Saturday)? Parents can take care of set up and tear down if there is space. I volunteer to be Youth Steward if that helps.

How is registration for Junior Karters being handled and what is the fee for them going to be?

Thanks.

I can be YS for this 7/21-22 weekend also. BTW, posting on the forum is NOT an effective way to get hold of me. I don't monitor the forums.

Robert, I think most parents of kid karters end up being YS ;-)

Re: Course setup workers for Feb 25/26

Jon, thank you. You have an exemption for Sunday work.
Mark, whenever you can get there is fine. Thanks. You have an exemption for Saturday.

Is there anybody else that can help tomorrow? Even if you get there around 2 or 2:30, we sure could use the help.

Thanks. Stephen

Re: Course setup workers for Feb 25/26

Thanks Theo, this will be your work assignment for Sunday then.

I'm still looking for two people to help with course set up on Friday and one more for Saturday. Any takers? It will count as your work assignment for either the practice or champ event, depending on when you work.

Thanks.
