How did the indexed cars do before the finish cones were changed. I know I took it slow after seeing several cars go through the wall.

You wouldn't need a tow. Just a quick charge.
I think it will be like a gallon of gas you get during roadside.
However, 1 gallon of gas can get an ICE pretty far though.

Get a second set of wheels and find some used slicks to start on.
That size and bolt pattern 5x100 does not give you many choices. Traklites, but those are pricey.
