'09 Run Group Balancing

So, seems to me it's about that time of year to start talking about re-balancing the run groups for next year.

why would we rebalance them right before everyone switches classes?

Good point, maybe we should do our re-balancing in February or March. Still a good time to start talking about it.

A. Not really a rules issue.
2. This is being looked at right now.
iii. May not be the best idea right now at the beginning of a season, but...
