CPM - 2011 Proposal

Post by Q V »

I am posting a thread here to poll the competitors who have and are participating in CPM.

Please note this is not a discussion about whether or not karts are put into CPM (that has already been decided by the board).

I would like to propose that Prep & Mod be split for 2012 and beyond. This will be similar to how SD region does theirs, but only a single Prep & single Mod class. There are enough participants to fill both classes.

I can't create a poll in this subforum (no option for it). If you are a competitor in CPM, past & present, please voice your opinion.

---------------------------------------------

1) Do you support splitting CPM into a separate Prep & separate Mod class? Yes/No/Don't Care

2) Do you think you will continue to compete in CPM in 2012 if CPM stays as follows: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=5498 (i.e. one CPM class, which includes karts)? Yes/No/Don't Know

1. Yes
2. Probably not.

San Diego has the Prepared cars run in to groups: P1 and P2 Seems like a good way to go, just like Historic has been spit in to two groups.

Actually, an additional class was added allowing later model cars in.
