Brad Needs a Helmet
Hey gang!
Does anyone know of a place to buy a helmet out in the Inland Empire (or home of the lifted truck) ??
I want to introduce AutoX to my GF's 16yo daughter and really don't want to travel all the way to WerksII to buy a helmet for her (even though I know Galen and everyone over there personally)
Help.
I see a Aaron Goldsmith helping to run this site from HB. Is this "THE" AaronG who used to own Supra's?

SCCA allows M-helmets for auto-x. I'd suggest going to cyclegear since they have a lot of locations, and every single one of them have a wall FULL of helmets to try on.
Different brand helmets fit different shapes of heads better. Mine happens to have an expensive taste, and likes Arai..
you'll likely get a cheaper price at cyclegear too, since you're not paying a premium for the stocking at a car-oriented store.

I moved up here from SD back in Nov. Decided not take on a full pro race season like I did last year (crew chief'ing) so I have had more time for "club" stuff I have worked this year on a IMSA Challenge team (Porsche 997GT3 Cup cars)

i'm happy i got rid of the bike too, it was taking up space (though there's ANOTHER bike taking up even more space than the R1 was now).
i'm afraid of driving other people's cars. My ability to break cars is superhero-esk.
