New to the group

Post by JasonHunt »

New to this. I have a friend that does Autocross I have never ran or have been to an event. I have a 2012 Camry v6 I want to try it out. I know its not the car of choice but it should be fun to try it out.

Come on out. You'll have a blast. As a bonus, you'll learn better driving techniques.

Welcome Jason. While our practice on the 30th is sold out, you can still come on by, see how things are done and get rides with people. Then Sunday has no entry limit, no time like the present to give it a try!

I'll second (3rd?) George and Rick. If you can stop by next Saturday to check it out, come on out and don't be shy. It's sold out already, but it's free to stop by, check it out, maybe grab a few rides and see what it's all about.

And go ahead and sign up for next Sunday. You'll be in HS Novice (H Street Novice) with a Camry. There are novice course walks in the morning and at lunch (don't miss those) with our Novice Coordinator (Leonard) and we've got plenty of great instructors that will help you get through the course your first time.

Hope to see you out there!

You're in good company. Isaac races his 2010 Camry with us.

Did you happen to stop by? I was giving rides at the practice yesterday. I couldn't make the actual race event since I'm in Portland right now.

I'm Isaac btw
