I've have a model spreadsheet (that will be attached once I talk Aaron into allowing .xls extensions to be attached) to be used by each team hosting a practice. It is designed to easily track how much money is being brought in for practice, how much was paid in before Saturday and how much is still due when Saturday morning rolls around and the people line up. Note that it is the event master's call whether the Sunday pricing for event officials is extended to the Club's Saturday Practice. In the event the Event Master declares somebody 'free' simply input free in the amount due column. The totals will still work. (See sample entries.)

Registration should plan to have a laptop on site to deal with the registration process. (Power will be supplied.) These sheets are imported into my master event workbook, so print outs with hand written notations will not be accepted and will delay you're club's payment.
