Q on 2000 season

Post by Jayson Woodruff »

Looking for someone with a long memory.

Did we end the 2000 season on the October buttonwillow? That's as far as results go. I though I started racing in a November, but there appears to be no '00 Nov event.

I thought the same thing. One of those web history pages showed two more events for the year.

I'm pretty sure that December 2000 was our first event at California Speedway. I was still running the Dakota with stock suspension and my friend Sam came out with his white modded Dakota R/T trying to convince me to slam the Big Purple Miata.

Can you check those for my name? I'd be in TRK.

Your name is listed in 5th place in the TRK class for the Dec 17th event.

I scanned the results for both December events and sent them to Will Kalman with the request, when he has the time, to post them on the Solo site under the 2000 event results.
