If you have received your SCCA renewal notice, with it probably came an "Annual Waiver" form. This form allows you entrance into an event without having to sign the event waiver, except the track waiver, if applicable.

Complete the "annual" form and when you get your new membership card you should get a credential that indicates that an annual waiver form is on file.

In order to complete this form, you must sign it in front of a Licensed Registrar or notary. Gayle Jardine is now a Licensed Registrar. So if you need your form signed - stop by the SCCA Registration table.
