I don't get why I have a negative balance. Does that mean I'm so bad that I owe everyone?

Pretty sure that's what happens when you get trashed by a 14yo.

Sign up as usual, but don't pay online. When you get to registration, say you want to use your solo$ and then write a check or pay cash for the difference.

So, can I just pay via paypal and put in a discount for solo buck and still pay the difference by paypal.

Paypal is just way easier.

Apparently I don't understand the solo bucks thing. When I register I check the box for solo bucks ( as opposed to a trophy). I was 1st in class at the last event but show a zero balance in the solo buck list. Whassup? :?

Hi Steve,

You are not the only one. I noticed I have a zero balance but won my class when I was in LA last time on May 3. Anyone know who deals with this?

TIA

Roger, it looks like we have you on the trophy list - not the solo$ list. If you want to change that, please make sure you profile in axware is updated.

Reijo - you're also on the trophy list. I have you as using the $10 in May. There is probably a trophy around here somewhere.

apparently, the AXware does not communicate well. I do not always get that information. The May results are the only ones so far that included the trophy/solo$ information and Reijo is listed as "T".

Yeah, for some reason, when I downloaded the reg file this time, the T/$ column wasn't included and we didn't tell the reg people to get the info. Haven't had a chance to check that. Also need to work on why it doesn't appear to save in the timing computer data base even though it's in the event file. I believe I can upload the personal data to AXWare ORM but not sure about a custom column like T/$. I'm working on it, just been overwhelmed at work lately.

Just a reminder, it would be nice to have the club reference on the registration and results pages.

Club should be on the results. Is that gone, too? I spent a lot of time filling in the missing ones.
