CSCC Divisional Workers

Post by Jayson Woodruff »

So, here's our list of Chiefs and Officials.

Event Chair: Jayson Woodruff
Chief of Course (Workers): Steve Eguina
Chief Steward: Michael Contour
Operations Steward/SCCA-Venue Point: Brian Robertson
Safety Steward: Renee Angel
Course Design: Guy Ankeny
Tech: Max Hayter
Waiver: Michael Sullivan
Registration: Gayle Jardine
Food (Friday): Berry Family
Food (Saturday): PFM, Andrew Tan
T&S: Rick Brown
Audit: Mari Clements
Grid/Assistant Chair/Op Steward: Bill Schenker
Impound: Bob Beamsderfer
Protest/MC: Steve Ekstrand
Op Steward/Protest Committee: Mike Simanyi
Test & Tune: George Schilling
Youth Steward: Eric Clements
Prize Guru: Jayson Woodruff
Series Treasurer: Pilar Miranda

And now we'll start taking some volenteers to help host the event. There are some 'work exempt' jobs, which are typically harder and longer hours, but most jobs are fairly simple.

For what I can think of right now we'll need:
Course set up; 4ish to set up Friday and switch over Sat night.
Gate Workers; couple to help relieve the chief of waivors.
Test & Tune workers; 4ish to set up, keep T&T organized and break down.
Reg; maybe covered
Tech; 2ish to work Friday and Saturday morning

I know there are some early volenteers that I told to hold off. I'll try to go back through my old e-mails and get back with you.

Thank you everyone. I have good plans and good people, I think we're going to pull off an excellent event without killing any workers.

We can never have too many helpers. I'm collecting names right now, so anyone interested speak up here or hit me off line at woodrufj@yahoo.com

I'm self-employed again, so I can set my schedule and will be showing up to help. George asked me to design the practice course so I will do that and get it set up extra early. :D
