I need to lease or buy an office/warehouse in the Long Beach/Signal Hill area. If there is any interest in doing this in this area (405 freeway between the 605 and 7), I would consider a building larger than what I need and devote space for this. It would be right within 2 miles of the 405.

Thanks for the heads up. What's interesting about this is that the spelling was correct in my UCP, so I don't know how the a got there.

I erased and re-typed it and it looks like all is well.
