Tow Vehicle to Nats?

Post by Kurt Rahn »

I just found out a few days ago that the tow vehicle I was going to borrow to tow our car to nationals got stolen. What are the chances? Anyway, I figured it was worth a shot to see if there's anyone on the board who has a tow vehicle I could borrow, or knows someone who does.

For those who saw this on the For Sale board, I apologize for the cross post. Someone thought it might be a good idea to post in the Solo Talk section for those who don't read the For Sale section.

Unfortunately a) he needed the van to stay through Fri. (I have to leave Thu. a.m.) and b) I think he's reached agreement with Kurt Williams to drive it out for him.

Why don't you put the bridgestones on the BMW and drive it out? Kick a few extra $$ to Tom for wear and tear. It is a street car.....

Good question. I think the primary concern is what if something breaks out there, but at this point my options are dwindling.

I think the BMW brain trust of Toby, Mike, Doug, Chris and Derek know a little bit about fixin' E36s.

Will the BMW fit on Barrish's BMW trailer?

That's the worst case scenario, but we're keeping that in our back pocket.

We have a trailer, it's the tow vehicle we need.
