I doubt that would have mattered Mako.

At the last city council meeting in Lakewood, the place was packed to protest the new vapor restrictions proposed by the city. One person spoke in favor, about 30 spoke against. It passed 5-0. :cry:

George on the vapor restriction, I'd be willing to bet dollars to donuts that Lakewood preemptively limited use to what will eventually be a nationwide thing.

The houses at the Great Park it was a done deal once Fivepoints ponied up the money to build the park itself. Remember it all still have to go through an environmental feasibility study not that the toxic waste will stop it. I'm sure if they cut a couple extra thousand off the purchase price, most of the buyers will sign their rights away.

Possibly. The magnitude of the short term impact is rather unclear right now, unfortunately.
