Actually, taking a second look, if you bought a Mazdaspeed miata and you would have every type of car that ran in BSP at nationals last year
I have no interest in any BSP car other than the S2000 :)

There was this one Subaru I admired...

it was this blue job and ran in STX.

it did pretty well.

I heard the driver is piloting one of those hamster-powered civics now :gpower:

So what is it about that silly Fiat 850 that people find so cute?

Isn't a 76 Spitfire cute?

A Spitfire is like a Civic compared to the Eight Fiddy. I've seen 100 Spits to the 1 Fiat. Spits are cool, just not 850 RARE and cool.

I totally agree. The car with the geatest odds of winning at HPT in ASP besides the GT2 is the Evo.

Riiggghhhht...I've autocrossed a green RS and when I got out to look at the hue, I was flabbergasted.

But, on the topic, I still remember the first time I saw a Honda S2000 out on course (Mitch Fagundes in a Fresno region autox in 2000) my brain was tickled when I heard the engine on the cam. Then shortly after that, Jason Keeney and Jason Uyeda rented a white one with red interior for a SD autox and, again, I was floored.

I also remember when Bob Endicott brought out the King Motorsports Honda S2000 for the first time in Hollywood Park I was stunned by its beauty. It had mostly Mugen parts on it, including a carbon fiber hard top and a full aero kit.

I also remember being struck visually by the sheer acceleration of Jason Uyeda's 2001 Z06 for the first time. Then, magically through Jason's graciousness I found myself in the drivers seat. I proceeded to hit 17 cones and DNF twice in my first run. My second run, thank goodness, was an improvement as I only hit 14 cones. I don't remember who was working course but it really wasn't my fault... :mrt:

This has been on mine for about the same. From the same series as Ken's. I thought this was the best shot, though, as you can see the line the car is going to take. I can almost feel the Gs.
