Gauging Interest - Safety Steward School

Post by Sebastian Rios »

Sorry! Should have been Saturday the 14th. The poll has been updated to allow vote changes.

With the help of our Divisional Safety Steward; Brian Robertson, we will be putting on a Safety Steward School.

This school will serve as the classroom requirement for new Solo Safety Stewards (SSS), and will fulfill the school requirement for existing SSS' to renew for 3 years.

Please respond to the poll so that I can figure which day would be best.

Thanks,
-Sebastian

I'm interested, but I would like to know what I'd be getting myself into responsibilities wise. Would I even have the skills and temperament for it?

I voted to 3/15 but could do 2/28, too.

Stacey and I could do either. But we picked the 28th because the 15th would mean 4 straight autocross related weekends in a row.

Mike Eguina and I would be interested. But, we're both locked into a Mar 15th RallyX and I have a 50% chance of a 2/28 conflict.

Any reason Saturday was picked one weekend and Sunday the other? (3/1 and 3/14 would be my better schedule).

In summary, I voted once 2/28 for Mike, and I'm interested but probably never available.

Picked the 28th, but would prefer the 1st (Sunday), definitely not the 15th as it would be 4 weekends in a row.

Those of you that have expressed interest, please E-mail Brian Robertson directly.

solo2ers at msn...I assume you guys can figure out what the real address is, I'm just trying to save hime from the bots.

Brian needs to know whether you are a new student or an existing SSS wanting to renew for 3 years. This info is helpful in planning the correct materials to bring.
Thanks,
-Seb
