Re: Solo Town hall meeting
Hey everyone,
Just thought I'd add to Eric's post.
The Solo Town Hall is a meeting we on the SEB (Solo Events Board) do at Nationals each year. It's typically on Monday - between the last day of the Pro Solo Finale and the first day of Nationals - and runs for about an hour and a half. It's a way for people to meet with the SEB, ask questions and add comments.
We're trying this on-line version in an effort to reach out to all the people who *don't* come to Lincoln (though Nationals-types are still quite welcome.) Nationals is the largest motorsports event in the country, with 1200+ participants, but the vast majority of SCCA members don't attend, so they just don't have the opportunity to meet with the SEB and category Advisory Committees.
So if you have any interest in Solo rules, have questions you'd like to ask yourself, or just want to see what it's all about please follow the link Eric posted and sign up. It's Wednesday night, it's free, and we'd love to have you involved.
