In case you haven't seen on Facebook, we've lost an old friend. John Coffey (Beta Motorsports, Benton Performance) passed away this weekend. I don't know many details. He was out for his annual ride to Death Valley and was involved in an accident. I've read that he suffered severe injuries, was transported to an ER, and succumbed to his wounds.

If you have any details on memorial services, please feel free to share here in this thread and as part of our Facebook page. I did see this blurb on the Benton Performance FB page:
In Celebration of John Coffey's Life and Connection to all things Motorized, Please roll up in your machine on May 7th. From 4PM on, There will be a Car and Bikes for Coffey at Benton Performance HQ at 1275 North Lance Lane Anaheim CA 92806

John was a friend to many and involved in a lot of aspects of our sport. He will be missed.

I was shocked and saddened when I heard about this. Just reminds you that it can happen to any of us anytime, so enjoy your family and friends.
