Cal Club Autocross Forums

In order to get a jump on the club's 2018 annual end of year event, we are soliciting a volunteer (or volunteers) to be banquet chair person or co-chairs. We already have some members who have indicated they would like to assist in certain aspects of the event, so the chairperson(s) job would be to organize the committee, retain these volunteers, plan the event, set the budget, location, food, trophies, program, etc. Please post below if you are interested in being chair or co-chair.

Historically, the banquet planning has started around September and sometimes, it has ended up being too late. If you are interested in doing this, please step up now because the budget needs to be decided early - that helps determine which sites can be considered.
