1st to 12th place 4.5% difference in total time. Say what you want about the RTP Pax... with the SCNAX derived driver pax added... I'd call that close racing!

I thought I remembered 10 teams at SCNAX II, but I happen to have the scoring file and it shows 9 (maybe we lost one along the way). BTW, this was 2003. I seem to have a smattering of result files through 2006, some of the formulas look like they might have broken over time (xls revisions).

Man those were good old times. I think Art and I are the only ones left of the founding concept. Like all good things: founded on pizza and beer. Great to see the Cup's revived and thriving for several years now.

BTW, scnax cup scoring files is what first got me into writing Macros. Goes on my resume now.

I have just finished a review of the spreadsheet. There were some formula errors found, they did not change the results except for one trophy.
Most Valuable Driver. It was awarded to Sean F. incorrectly, the formula did not pick up the correct time for him, he actually finished in 25th place. The correct Most Valuable driver is Frank Rodriguez. I will attempt to paste the results sheets here.

We learned some lessons with the large turnout for the cup which we plan on incorporating next year to make it run smoother.

It would be neat if there was an abbreviated history of SCNAX results somewhere.

Your times in one car came up all DNF's. To account for them we assign 999 secs. There were also some confusion as to which car ran when and what numbers were used incorrectly.
