Course Setup for September 29-30

Post by Reed Gibson »

Hey Everybody!

I'd like three helpers for Friday set up and two more for Saturday change over. Plan to start around 2pm on Friday and finish hopefully by 6 pm. Let me know if you'd like to help out! This will count as your work assignment for the next day.

Friday:
1) Vereker Tam
2) Pete Loney
3) Mo Al Rawi

Saturday:
1) Tom Frecentese
2) David Watson

A favor, please cull out any really bad cones you come across while you are setting up. Need to reduce the amount of cones in the motor home. Thanks.

How many are we trying to get rid of? Maybe I can help remove really bad cones & donate some marginal cones for local FSAE practice? :)

At least the amount that is stacked on the passenger side. We don't really need more than will easily fit in the designated area on the driver's side.

I'll create a pile of discards and donates to get us down to a more appropriate level for our storage capacity.

Slight change of plans everyone. Looks like we can't get onsite for setup Friday so we'll need to do it Saturday morning instead. Please let me know if you can accommodate coming at the crack of dawn for Saturday morning setup now so I can plan accordingly!

And I'll be there early (though not as early as you guys) to set up timing and the motor home.

No worries David, we are accounted for with workers for the wee morning hours. We'd definitely appreciate help chalking the course closer to the start time though!

We probably won't need any extra hands until 8:00 am. No worries on showing up early, you're fine just helping out for the changeover after the event.
