San Diego Match Tour

Post by George Schilling »

Did you notice this in the San Diego Match Tour flier?
  • "All events must have 120 entrants 2 weeks prior to the event."
I did too. Two weeks prior the entries totaled about 100. It now stands at 110. I called today and confirmed the event will proceed as scheduled despite the low entry count.

If you haven't done a Match Tour, or have attended an event in San Diego, this may be the last opportunity. The match tour offers more runs for less cost than a Championship Tour while maintaining the flavor of a nation style event. Combine this with the normally fast courses and elevation changes at Qualcomm and you're in for great weekend of autocross. This is a wonderful opportunity veterans as well as those new to the sport. You can register here.

No camping? And leave your stuff there overnight without guarding it? That's not going to happen.
