Hey All!

Change of plan, we're setting up Saturday morning early! We still need 1 additional volunteer to help us with course setup this Saturday morning (6/1/2019). This will count as your work assignment for the day. Reed Gibson is designing our course for this weekend. We'll be starting around 6:00 AM. Post up here, PM or shoot me a text.

We're also looking for 2 folks to help with course change over. This will count as your Sunday work assignment!

If you're interested in learning a bit about course design, these set up sessions are a great place to learn!

If I ever get a Friday off I would love to do this .............

Change of plan: Reed can't make it out Friday and we've got an early sunrise on Saturday, so we'll be setting up Saturday morning! Let us know!

Don't know if I can get there by 6:00 but I should be there by 6:30 and will be glad to help. I don't mind working the course too incase you get 3 volunteers to show up at 6:00.

We'll also need a few people to stick around after the event Saturday to do the changeover Howard, not sure if you're attending both days but that'd be another way to help out!

Hey Randy, FYI, I will not be there on Saturday, have a memorial service to attend. I know there are others that know how to set up timing and the PA. Let me know if you have any questions.

Gotcha Rick, I can take care of it (until I can't, then I'll go find somebody who actually knows what they're doing!).

Registration count looking good for 4 run groups (Run/Rest/Work/Rest format) for Saturday. Will post up soon!

Hey Howard! We'll never turn away help getting the event off the ground. We've got timing lights, PA, sliding the portapotties around, and other miscellaneous setup that happens before every event. Those aren't necessarily considered a work assignment (and surely aren't glamor jobs), but as a club we're grateful to all those folks that step up and take on some of those responsibilities.
