Aug. 24-25, 2019 Event Thread

Post by Randy Gonzalez »

Hey Gang!

We've just opened registration for our August 24-25 Test and Tune and Champ event. This is the last event before Nationals. We're looking forward to a weekend of fun and I'm sure we'll have some visitors from all over coming out to run with us. I'd recommend signing up early for Saturday as we'll probably sell out with Nats coming up.

Here's the registration link: https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/au ... cca-942502

If you're interested in one of the Chief roles, post here or feel free to PM/email/call if you have any questions that I can help you with. We're planning on continuing with our new hospitality tent compound, so we may be looking for a little help over there as well (i.e. helping with the tent/chair setup, making the ice run, etc.).

Now I just have to figure out what to do with myself for the next 6 weekends with no events, ugh!

Small teaser, but "this may be the last event before Nationals" may not be technically correct. Stay tuned...

Randy, I will be happy helping resetting cones at lunch time. I will be there early as usual so let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

You should rename this the "Please God Don't let me break anything, I leave for Lincoln on Monday".

Bumping this thread back to the top! :D

We're still looking for a Worker Chief and some course set up help. Also have an opening for some help with the hospitality tent set up. And Kyle is pinging for some folks to assist in Tech (another thread).

Looking forward to a fun weekend!
