Tentative new "trackcross" event planned for Feb

Hey Calclubbers,
We are going to offer something a little new and different for you guys, and we are planning on a tentative date in late Feb.
I recently went to a Fresno SCCA and another non-SCCA event held on the kart track at Buttonwillow. I had such a good time that I wanted to share the experience with my fellow Calclubbers.
The plan is to do a "no work" event, since little/no cones will be used. Just come and drive! We are putting a low entry cap on this event to ensure that people get a lot of seat time. There should be a minimum of 12 runs (around 50-60 seconds per run), and if things go ideally, I'm hoping for about 16 runs.
To make things even more fun, we will be switching the direction of the track in the afternoon. These will all be timed runs, and your best morning and afternoon runs will be added together in the final results. It's like running 2 days of competition in one day!
Posted below are some videos from those events I took. It was a blast! Another great thing is that the surface is really easy on tires. My tires barely looked like they had any wear, and I had 15+ runs at the second event.
I'd like to get an approximate head count on people that would be interested. If you're interested, please post below.
