I'd like to thank the SOB who pulled out of grid to go work on Saturday, and ran over a cone that contained my brand new air gauge. It was crushed. Now, I know you know you ran over something - why don't you admit it like a man.

But, that's nothing to do with the event, thank you No$ and Yuki... nice job

Unfortunately for us, if we ran over Steve's air gauge we'd be doing him a favor.

Yuki - I have to say you did a fantastic job. You & Alex brought fun back into Solo. I don't know when I've had that much fun at a Solo event. Getting wet was awesome and to see the look on Craig's face when we squirted him was priceless. A BIG THANK YOU to Yuki's Mom & Dad for supplying coffee & breakfast on Saturday morning and continuously replenishing the water & ice.

Thank you to all the No $ members for once again going above & beyond for a successful event. You guys are awesome.

Are we going start using our tire sprayers in Self Defense?! We better order up a Water Tanker as part of our standard summer package. Don't let Schenker see you getting water on the start line roll up!

Just don't let it sit out in the sun all day before using it. Getting sprayed with warm water doesn't have that same, refreshing feeling.

And I'm sure Irish would like it if the person that has his Cell Phone would return it.

Who needs water guns when you can just dump a bottle of water at the starter from inside the motor home (right, Stephen)? ;) I had a blast... Thanks No$!!! I vote for writing in the rule book, "the organizing club must bring water guns and fill them up with ice cold water during hot event days to prevent participants from melting and potentially spontaneously combust." ORALE!

Thank you everyone who pitced in and helped out! Glenn Duensing, Brian Chmielewski, Craig Angel, Tom Phillips, Adam Richter, Brother Nic, Irish, Rick, and Tetsu!

Thanks Mike S. for bringing the ice-ice baby!

I honestly thought the squirt guns would keep the girls(Renee and Yuki) busy and out of everyone's hair...

Here’s to show that a little water doesn’t hurt anyone:

And a big KUDO to Catherine who worked Registration from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and didn't even run. Great job! Also, thank you to Rachel Nichols for helping out with worker sign-up at Registration - another fine job for a beginner. Yes - it was a great weekend and I certainly had a lot of fun. I too love No Bucks - what a great bunch of people!

you're more than welcome yuki. it was great to meet you, jon, alex, and to hang out with renee again outside of a club racing event.

i plan on getting out on the solo events a bit more often, so whenever there's a No $ event and you need my help, let me know. hopefully my girlfriend and i will see you out at the FSAE event at the end of the month. :)

and THANK YOU RENEE for getting me in there! i had forgotten how much fun i could have dodging cones [and mangling a few along the way]! took me a few runs to get the times back to where i had expected them to be, but they got there! :D
