Over-nite camping at Qualcom?

Post by David Barrish »

I stopped at the security office at Qualcom after the BMW event yesterday, Saturday, and as of today they have "no" information as to camping at the stadium next weekend. They did give me the name "Mike McSweeney" as the person to contact and I have his number. Jay has this been done?

I'd never inquire with official security about something like that.

Ask Mark Durst, he's the chair down there. And probably follow Steve's advice above in the future ;-)

David, during the National Tour there were many overniters. There has been many of us staying overnight during regular San Diego events. Do you have some financial interest in the local motels, David, for you may have just opened that can of worms.....I sure hope not.

Wise advice from Steve.

You can stay overnight. People will do it.
The trolley runs until late so there is access to the lots.
Best not to discuss it with the security guard.

I looked at the Trolley schedule and if I read it right the last green line trolley stopping at Qualcomm is 12:40am on Fri and Sat nights.
