We have Hoosiers corded after 22 runs.

Yeah, not the results we wanted either...

For a good time, check out the STS margins of victory.
They really did put on a good show.

Hey Palero, nice job putting the hurt on most of the HS class. Looks like you stayed cool on the first day to put lots of pressure on the hot shoes (who all cracked! besides McHugh).

Work. :( :cry:

Work's been so slim, I can't afford to go to Wendover, and I don't know how I'll be able to afford Topeka.

Good thing, like Phil Gramm said (another in a long line of brilliant Rep. economic advisors), that the economy is doing great and I'm just whining...

I'm sure the economy is great for millionaires with big congressional pensions.

They're already winning unfortunately. And the new guy that starts the job in 2009 won't be of much help. Not even drilling off-shore or in Alaska will help.

Let's see: Joey drove really fast. George is still oweing me one or two excuses out of the bag of excuses he claims to have so I haven't been able to respond yet! :lol:

Therefore, in lieu of George's excuses (pending), we seem to have had some tire issues for some reason. The back tires apparently (still not sure really) were picking up all kinds of rubber from the asphalt and driving the car was a matter of trying to keep the back end somewhere, hopefully, behind me all weekend....almost like they were heat-cycled out. However, the tires were run only at San Francisco prior to this event and stored in bags in the garage. So, dunno. Still trying to figure it out. Never seen/experienced this before. New tires on the way. :thumbup:

San Diego isn't all that grippy a surface. Certainly no better than Fontana.

Sorry Reijo. I should have called. I checked in my bag and it was empty. The last 6 months of poor driving has taken it's toll! :lol:

It was hard, but I did find my bag of smack. It's been tucked away so long that I didn't find it until the last place I looked. But after careful consideration, I decided to leave it alone. Afterall, I'm only on step 5 of my 12 step recovery program. I think I need to be further along to reach into that bag! :lol:

That is an SD issue... We get that tire turd pick up every time we run there, typically it is much worse the second day. I use to think it was all the Hoosier turds wanting to become a Kumho. But know I think it is all the ST tires that want to be a race tire. Either way, it makes the car loose.

The build up issue may be worse down there now due to the kart races. I would guess the kart tires are very soft compared to anything we run on a car, so as soon as we cross over there old track we pick stuff up.

Oh wow. I noticed the turds only gather around the two grooves in my rear Kumhos. We picked up so much our rears are almost conical. We have nothing in the front.

I thought I was supposed to leave that rubber on the tires to save money. ? ! ?

::sigh:: :oops:
