Friday night help for welcome party

Post by Tom Berry »

We would like to make our friday night welcome party the best of the series! I would like to have a few people help with BBQing and general food help. If its possible to have a shaded wiewing/eating area kinda like they had in San Diego, I think that would be wonderful. If anybody has any E-Z ups that they can bring on friday with the idea that we attach 4 or so of them together with the idea of leaving them up all weekend to make a nice friendly kinda place for folks to gather, watch and eat.
Please contact me here or on my cell if you can help either way.

I have an ez-up you guys can use. It's looking like I'm not going to make the welcome party, or at least not much of it, but I can bring it to the field Fri. evening or Sat. a.m.

Tom,

I'll be there early on Friday with my trailer. I'll put up the patio awning so you can attach other EZ-ups to it.

No, Mako -- you do NOT need to supercharge your new Miata! ...cuz now it's my turn to take it to the track :)
hmmmm... it is no longer "new" -- is it time to get faster?
